Submission Preparation Checklist:
- Manuscript Format:
- All manuscripts should be submitted via email as Microsoft Word documents to editor@miu.ac.ug.
- Please ensure that the submission file is in Microsoft Word document format.
- Prior Publication:
- The submission should not have been previously published, nor should it be under consideration by another journal.
- If there are any exceptional circumstances, please provide an explanation in the “Comments to the Editor” section during the submission process.
- References:
- Where available, please provide URLs for the references cited in the manuscript.
- Formatting Guidelines:
- The text should be single-spaced and utilize a 12-point font size.
- Please use italics for emphasis instead of underlining (except for URL addresses).
- All illustrations, figures, and tables should be appropriately placed within the text, rather than at the end.
- Stylistic and Bibliographic Requirements:
- Ensure that your manuscript adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- Familiarize yourself with the guidelines to ensure compliance with the journal’s standards.
Please note that any manuscript that does not comply with the above guidelines may not be immediately rejected but will require further modifications to meet the journal’s requirements.
